| Sara Griot’s lifelong interest in fashion is as
multi-faceted as a jewel. Her childhood fashion interest
evolved into a college education in art and design.
She created her own clothing line of dresses under the
private label of Sara McNamara. Numerous boutiques and
famed department stores such as Saks, Nordstrom, Garfinckel’s
and Macy’s sold her line. Her designs were feature subjects
in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Wear Daily and local
publications in Southern California. Photographs of
her dress designs graced full-page newspaper ads and
magazine spreads. Her sense of classic elegance and
versatile style provided wardrobe inspiration to American
women in all walks of life. Her talent and dedicated
work ethic brought her the honor of being named one
of ten rising stars in the Los Angeles fashion industry.
As a member of the Association of Image Consultants
International, Sara constantly adapts to current trends
and industry standards. Styling perfection and the ability
to apply it to a wide range of individuals requires
innate talent – the talent and sense of style one is
born with. Her professionalism and determination to
provide the best knowledge, style and resources to her
clientele are top-level.
After establishing her home in the Seattle area and
devoting time to raising her children, Sara returned
to the field of fashion. Her focus shifted from private
label clothing design to personal client service.
Sara’s personal interests are rich and varied, ranging
from appreciation of theatre and music to her own love
of painting. She is an avid horsewoman, confident and
skilled in the English style. Sara also excels at tennis,
home décor and garden design. A self-proclaimed Francophile,
her fondness for all things French is evident. Her travels
to places near and far provide new inspiration and elements
of style to all aspects of her life.
